MR. SOLEK PERFORMS AT YOMI OBAT'S TALK OF THE TOWN BEACH BAR, D-ARCH AT ELEGUSHI Mr. Solek, London based Tungba king performed live at the beach bar and lounge owned by the son of celebrated monarch, Oba Obateru Akinruntan, popularly known as Yomi Obat at Elegushi, Lagos state. The new place for fun by the seaside tagged 'D- Arch' is now the new Mecca for celebrities and men about town for simple pleasure and business class. The performance by Adesoji Adebayo, popularly known as Mr. Solek on Friday December 21, 2012 was a kind of thanksgiving show by the Monarch son to be the end of the year party for his friends and associates who have been supportive to him. The show was positioned to herald the official opening of ‘D Arch’ billed for Saturday, December 22 and Sunday, December 23 2012. We also gathered that Mr. Solek flew into the country basically for the festive season shows programmed by his manager Mr. Gbenga Oketade in top clubs and lounges like Bheerhug, D’Place, Troy Lounge, Rumours, Eldorado, Nu Grotto and private parties in and outside Lagos. The much talked about party at the new bar and lounge was strictly for the crème De La Creme of the society' and the host, Yomi Obat really treated his guests to delicious meals and exotic drinks from D-Arch. Apart from Mr. Solek’s performance on Friday December 21, 2012 especially for Yomi and friends, we learnt that the likes of Wizkid, Reminisce, TDUST and 9ice will be performing for the Pre Opening and Grand opening.
