DIAMOND BANK AND DUFIL SUPPORT CHAIRMAN’S QUIZ & DEBATE COMPETITION IN IFAKO IJAIYE

One of the leading financial institutions in Nigeria, Diamond Bank and a top player in the noodles world, popularly known as De-United Foods Industries Limited (DUFIL), the manufacturer of Indomie noodles have put their weight to back the good initiative from Ostrich Entertainment tagged- Chairman’s Quiz & Debate Competition in Ifako Ijaiye.

Also, the incumbent Chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area (Hon.) Dr Oloruntoba Oke has officially flagged-off an annual educational competition; Chairman’s Quiz & Debate Competition.

Speaking at the media unveil event, the Chairman said the institutionalization of the competition is in fulfilment of his campaign promises to positively impact on every sector in the community, he recognized education as a pivotal sector in the development and growth of any society.

The competition is open to ALL Primary, Junior & Senior Secondary in both Public and Private schools within the community. He said the competition will bring about robust rivalry, promote better understanding and integration while also serving as a platform of mental test and showcase of academic capabilities among the schools and students in the locality. He believes this will engender unprecedented growth and development in the education sector in the area.

The Project Consultant, Mr.IbitayoAkindeji (MD/CEO, Ostrich Entertainment Ltd) in his speech promised that its company as the management agency of the competition will make sure that the aims and objectives of the project are achieved in line with professional ethics and standards.

The Chairman enjoin corporate organizations to support this lofty initiative as there are enormous benefits and values for them on the project, he also appreciates the likes of Diamond Bank, & De-United Foods Industries Limited, the manufacturer of Indomie noodles who have already identify with the project, urging them not to relent and do more.
