ABELINIS FLAGS OFF DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING TAGGED ‘IMPACT’
Abiodun Oshinibosi led Abelinis Limited just kicked off
a resourceful developmental training called Impact...an off shoot of Project Shape2Lead.
The maiden edition of Impact with special focus on
development competence was a great success with the quality of facilitators and
participants present at Jeffry’s Lounge, Meroz Plaza, Omole Phase 2, Ojodu
Lagos on Saturday, July 13, 2013.
The much awaited training from Abelinis Limited, which
was one of the first implementation from the reputable award winning project
and event agency in Nigeria, has come to stay by all standards. The caliber of
facilitators including; Eseoghene Duke, Ifeyinwa Chioke, and Cyril Nwaoha
present made the training a new bench mark for others to beat.
We gathered that the training was officially opened by
Abiodun Oshinibosi (CEO ABELINIS LTD) a certified Project management
professional and a master 6 sigma certificate holder took the 1st claerss and the topic
was Project Excellence. He was able to take the participants through the steps
towards Achieving Excellence on any project regardless of its magnitude.
Eseoghene Duku, Senior Manager (SAMSUNG) took the 2nd class and the topic was Consumer
Behavior. He took the participants through why it is important to under
consumer behavior in our line of business. He shared from his wealth of
experience in the FMCG areas where he had worked like BAT, HPZ and Samsung on
how they had succeeded.
Ifeyinwa Chioke, TM & D Systems Manager (BAT Nigeria) took the 3rd class and the
topic was Field Analysis. She was very passionate with the topic and
concentrated on the HOMA supervisors, stressing the primary objectives of HOMA
which basically is to sell out for wholesalers monthly.
Cyril Nwaoha, Account Director (141 Worldwide) took the 4th class on Stakeholders/Client
Management. He also talked about the “GOLDEN RULE” which clearly says your
client is always right, since they have the Gold they rule also how to disagree
and agree with client and still not lose focus. Interestingly, there was a
recap on the topics by Adedeji Orunkoyi, the project general (Abelinis Ltd) after which the
participants were selected into three groups with different topics and asked to
brainstorm and come up for a presentation within 30 minutes. They were able to
come up with a brief presentation which showed that they clearly understood
what they were taught.
The training ended
with a special applause by Abiodun Oshinibosi (Abelinis Ltd), the Organizers, Facilitators and the participants
had photo session and each participant were presented with a certificate of
attendance.
