Community Leader, Mama Olufunmilayo Olowu Set To Be Buried In The Ancient City of Ibadan In Grandstyle -goBIGnews

 

 


The entire family of late Mama Olufunmilayo Olowu (Nee Adeniyi) has concluded plans to bury their dearly beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunty who slept in the Lord on Sunday 3rd January, 2021 at the age of 70 years.

 

The amiable late Mama Olufunmilayo Olowu is from the industrious and popular Adeniyi family in Ijebu Ode. She was married to her better half Mr. Agbolade Olowu and they are blessed with 3 loving and caring children and many grandchildren in Nigeria and abroad.

 

Those who should know disclosed that late Mama Olufunmilayo Olowu was very generous and she was an exemplary community and church leader. She would definitely be missed in her community, revealed a close associate.

 

The burial ceremony would be attended by crème-dele-crème, friends, associates and well-wishers to add colour to the lined up activities to bury Mama in grand-style.

 

According to the information made available, the Christian Wake would take place on Thursday 15th April 2021 at St. Joseph’s Anglican Church, Arapaja, Odo-Ona Kekere, Ibadan by 4p.m and the Funeral Service also billed for Friday 16th April 2021 at St. Joseph’s Anglican Church, Arapaja, Odo-OnaKekere, Ibadan by 11a.m prompt. Only invited guests are welcome. 

 

Checks revealed that many people from different walks of life will be coming from Europe, South Africa and Canada  to felicitate with the family as part of the plans to make the event memorable and give late Mama Olufunmilayo Olowu a befitting burial she deserves.

 

The interment follows at St. James Cemetery, Ijokodo Ibadan to lay Mama’s soul to rest in perfect peace.
